Ben Garthus is a seasoned graphic designer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in food packaging for both large brands (i.e. General Mills, Unilever, Nestlé) and small brands (i.e. Brooklyn Delhi, Meal Maison). He has served as an art director and branding expert in the following areas: packaging, logo & corporate identity, POS display, interior graphics, print collateral, advertising and web.

Chitra Agrawal has over a decade of experience working in digital marketing with brands on the agency side (Universal Studios, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola) and client side (American Express, BlogTalkRadio, DoubleClick, AT&T, etc.). She created the popular recipe blog The ABCDs of Cooking and launched the Indian condiments line Brooklyn Delhi (featured in Saveur, New York Times, Zagat, etc.). She holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from NYU Stern.
Her areas of expertise include: branding and marketing strategy, newsletter & email campaigns, content creation & copywriting, social media, blogging and podcasting. Chitra also consults with small food businesses on entry to market and brand positioning.
